Vinissimus has managed to position itself as one of the leading platforms for Spanish wine sales in Europe.

The key to this has been, on the one hand, internationalization, (a process of expansion and growth that began little by little and which has been gaining weight to become 70% of total sales). But above all, also the work carried out to place customer service and the value of the content of its product catalog in one of the central themes of its business strategy.

Customer management has matured and from the beginning of the project the focus was placed on working on a strategy that would allow the customer to find a vast assortment of products; both wines from the main producing countries (especially Spain, Italy and France) with an excellent availability and delivery service.

Now Vinissimus wants to go a step further and has begun to work on a series of strategic actions, with the support of one of Lifting Group's Marketing Outsourcing teams, our Strategy and Marketing Consultant and Agency.

With a customer centric approach and always keeping in mind that the secret of good management is to care equally for the different consumer or buyer persona profiles. Vinissimus is working on that, on the new strategic plan, focused on improving the value provided both to the client and to the wineries, making the brand a benchmark for quality and a strategic partner instead of being intermediaries like most of the e-commerce of the sector.

Vinissimus is preparing to take a qualitative leap, increase customer value and become the reference Partner for the best wineries in Spain and Italy.

In this sense, many of the efforts made by Vinissimus have focused on satisfying the needs of its customers and offering them the best possible experience in a lasting manner. For this and with the aim of continuing to work on a long-term strategy to build valuable experiences for its customers, various actions are being developed focused on 2 key points:

Increase customer value by supporting and reinforcing the Relationship Marketing Strategy and Customer Service. With loyalty actions that allow you to opt for exclusive offers, participate in premium tastings, offers and events and access to a unique and differentiated environment and user experience.
Launch a tailored Strategic Action Plan, aimed at positioning Vinissimus as a Strategic Partner and reference for the best wineries in Spain and Italy.

To carry out these actions, the Lifting Group Marketing Outsourcing team is working closely with Vinissimus, with a focus on the client, in addition to working on a Global Brand Strategy, so that it continues to be a benchmark in the sector throughout European level.
